[url=http://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/news/local-beat/Time-In-Prison--70426052.html?yhp=1] I was wondering what everyone though about this, after going to a resturant and recieving poor service, the patrons decided not to tip and ended up being arrested for it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a tip a reward for good service, not some mandatory fee? Seems like the only people that should have been arrested in this case is whoever called the police for wasting police time, but I'd like to see what other people think to this.
