It means that they are saying you are hiding that you are gay and that you need to stop the secret and actually tell everyone your gay instead of keeping it inside.

To come out of the closet to someone means to tell someone you're gay when you just find out.

it means to stop hiding that your gay, or you can get the Philosophical version about afraid about showing something true.

But seriously, coming out of the closet doesn't mean you are gay. How did you some up with that? I guess it is true. But it means telling the truth, stop hiding. It has nothing to with being homosexual.

It means that a dumbass kid wanted to insult you with a phrase he probably learned a day ago and was trying to use it as often as possible.

It's only a proper insult if you use as a question when they ask you what they did at some point in the recent past.

Anyhow, it means to let out secrets. Although in standard context, he called you gay.
