Which is different from WWII being fueled/influenced/started as a result of the WWI treaty.
Either way, or even without WWI ever happening, with such a scenario as the one prior to the France being invaded, Germany should have been apprehended.

Very true. and Germany's economy completely collapsed regardless of the money they owed the US. The economy collapsing helped the development of the power behind Hitler's movement.

No. WWI. The Germans never had a valid reason to invade France in WWI. The war was between Austria-Hungary and Serbia, only in those countries. If Germany had simply been supporting Austria-Hungary in the war, they would have sent troops to help with Austria-Hungary's war. Instead, they used the breakout of war to their advantage and invade France. They knew France/Britain/etc had a treaty, and that they would start a very large war. Germany was not a complete scapegoat in WWI. Their actions were anything but necessary.
And just to remind people, the question is not whether we should have engaged in war after Germany invaded France (WWII). It is whether other countries (Britain/France especially) could have prevented WWII from being a major war breakout.

WWII wasn't necessary... You want to know why? Because the world (Europe, America, Russia...) could have stopped Hitler before he got that powerfull. There were enough signs that showed what kind of person Hitler really was.

well considering the fact that everyone thinks that countries should have stopped it i can easily prove this point to be useless. The fact was that countries didn't want to see another war happen so close to WW1. So everybody looked away from germany hoping the problem would go away. Germany was in severe debt already because WW1 caused them to sign unrealistic treaties that almost bankrupted their country. Hitler used this to his advantage to come into power, and blamed former leaders for screwing their country over. So he made promises to fix these problems, and he did exactly that. The only reason Germany attacked France was to stop all the German workers from gathering gold and minerals for France, and to stop them having to pay France for WW1. This of course stopped Germany having to pay there WW1 debts, and allowed them to become stronger. While they were at this, they had re-united austria/hungary making them a big power already. So hitler did all he wanted already. Took back the space in poland so that his countries could re-unite again, and took over a major dominance that was causing their country to run into bankruptcy. Shortly after war started when Hitler threatened belgium.. This was only because Britain had a major treaty with them, and they finally realized what was going on.
I personally believe that WW2 should've happened. Germany was fighting for their rights to stop unrealistic treaties forcefully signed during ww1. So they of course fought back. But they took it too far. Kind of like those kids in schools who get bullied, and then end up loosing full control and killing a bunch of people.. Yea thats kinda how I see Germany during WW2. But either way, it was all of Europe, and all of North Americas fault for letting it get so bad. So in reality, we could have saved millions of lives in Europe and North America weren't so arogant.... But either way, we need a war every now and then just so we can keep the natural selection of things going through out the human race... just my opinion thow
Hitler was to stop at nothing and before America got involved they where attacking supply ships using submarines, so war was inevitable, but people forget that Italy was also our enemy and japan, not only Germany, i think the war was necessary because the Germans broke the rules and where openly announcing their plans to take over the world, the AXIS VS. the ALLIES axis had Germany, japan, and Italy. allies included America Russia and Britain, with help from china also. basically it was inevitable and necessary, where safe from countries now aren't we?
