How much range to regular boost towers have? Is it just the towers they touch? Also, do they boost each other? ie could you have 4 boost towers in a line with only 1 touching a dmg tower and still get the benefits of the 4?
What reward can I possibly give? This isn't really a challenge; it's more like an experiment, on making the most powerful and efficient Mega Mega Tower.
By the way, bug exploits are not allowed. Try to make one legitimately if you're interested.
The farthest I've gotten with auto click running is in the 7000s... I did it twice, once with similar setup to what was shown earlier in 10000s (presuming without auto click at end)except mine had 16m dmg, and 2nd time I tried it with same except i added a splash and sniper to each so I had 4 mega mega mega towers, with 3 doing around 700000 dmg and other doing 11m. Both got into the 7000s, but I didnt save first, but yeah here is pic of 2nd one, though it has the lvl end screen so you cant see it too well. The score is very high though :P
Here is my new best tower. It includes no ghost towers, but I did use the boosting to make it very powerful. I'm at work, so no auto click, thus its only in like the 1000s bc i dont have the patience to click enough to get to higher waves, but yeah. Over 21 million dmg with fire rate 1.
That last one was using an area burst in one of the power towers, and also without best config. The best I just made as far as pure 1 mega mega tower uber pwnageness is:
From what I know of how the multiplier glitch works, I would say that is close to the best you can possibly have while being able to shoot all enemies, having no ghost towers, max range, and 1 reload. I'll try to explain config in next post.
I was working on it :P. I actually slightly changed it and got the dmg even higher... here is the deconstructed version of the mega mega for max dmg that I could find after trying almost every possible config:
Combine the 4 megas in the order of: lower right, upper right/lower left (either they dont effect), then upper left, then into mega mega. It should result in a tower with 23,803,390 dmg. The other towers in the pic are all dmg increase, other than the far upper right one which isnt touching the mega mega. Its just a weakening, slower, rangex2 mega to help.
Using a similar method to what I did to beat Bloodshadow's, I was able to get rid of one of the reload reducers in my uber mega mega and get the dmg over 24 million:
It is constructed as such:
Combine lower right, then upper right, then lower left, then upper left. Also, if you are confused as to how the multiplier glitch works, it basically applies any multiplier to each stage of a mega tower so it does way more than it should. IE, if tower a does 100 dmg, and if you combine it to a mega tower it should do 10x that, it owuld do 1000 dmg. But if it is next to a 2x multiplier, the original dmg is 100x2, aka 200, and is multiplied by the 10x, making it 2000. Then it is still next to the multiplier, so it is multiplied by 2x again and makes 4000. It isnt supposed to apply the multipliers to the base parts, but it does, so multiplier essentially effect mega mega towers parts 3 times.
