just because many of the tribes lived in something due to where they lived Desert-Adobe huts Forest-wigwams Grasslands-Tepees they all shared certaint beliefs and wore similar clothing,they all were hunter-gathering people and a few grew food. Aztecs were a civilization and native americans were just villiages that survived for a long time. Aztecs believed in ritual sacrifice the southern tribes would sometimes sacrifice an animal to the god they prayed too.
