What's everyone's favorite metallica song? Mine is Fight Fire With Fire because it's so heavy. The heaviest at that time.

I never thought on the song by this way, but it makes sense.

Most people wouldn't unless they sighted the lyrics. The first chorus says it pretty well.

Taste me you will see
more is all you need
you're dedicated to
how I'm killing you

In general I dislike Metallica. However, I thoroughly enjoy The Memory Remains.

I strangely like Leper Messiah alot. At first I didn't like it that much, it grew on me.

The Memory Remains.

Has anyone else noticed what a stupid name that is? Of course it remains! That's what makes it a memory! If it did not remain, it would not be a memory; as the person whose mind it was in has forgotten it.

My top three would have to be Fade to Black, Battery, and Master of Puppets.

What about, "Chop your breakfast on a mirror." and "I will occupy, I will help you die, I will run through you, now I rule you too." I got the message more or less from that.

I've been fascinated with "Turn The Page" lately. I've been trying to work on Kirk's wah-intro that sounds like the saxophone.

I'm surprised no one said "King Nothing", that song is beastly.

For whom the bell tolls.
Poetry made music.
Read the lyrics.

I've always liked St Anger. I've never cared much for Metallica, but that song has been one I've always enjoyed for some reason...

Possibly because it isn't that heavy a song, and I don't like heavy metal (I don't like metal in general, which is why I find it weird that I like even one Metallica song).

Battery!

After almost 11 years, they were back in Buenos Aires, giving an amazing couple of shows, a week ago!
Just incredible!
