No wonder the Brits always have to have tea time. With booze cheaper than water they can save money that would have been used on the water and just get hammered. What a country.
Funny though, I can go on down to my local river and fill great big jugs of water and it costs me nothing, and it's perfectly legal. Where can I do this with beer?
And then you get worms. Have fun with that. This was obviously about water that was being sold for something that has no value cannot be measured in comparison to something that does.
some time this summer i went to bushgardens (when it was still owned by budwizer) and i noticed that beer was much cheaper than water. in fact a 24oz bottle of water was even more that a whole gallon of gas. now thats ridiculous
Not necessarily in all rivers. In the highlands, the water coming down from the hills is cleaner than any that's been factory processed.

I don't even know why people feel the need to buy bottled water at all. Just fill up a bottle at home from your tap, essentially for free, rather than spend £1.50 on it.
Why would you need a filter? I think it's pretty safe to assume that if you have a house with running water, that you're not from a thid world country with dirty water.

Because your water has bleach and a by product of oil production in it.

Only trace amounts, and certainly not enough to harm anyone. In London water has gone through, on average 7 people's bodies before you drink it from the tap. I should hope they are putting chemicals in it to make sure it is drinkable. 'Chemicals' doesn't always mean poisonous.
