Well your going to be calm they are going to be mad so what if they over power you. I bet youd learn to think twice about what you did with your anger.
It's fun to go out and scream sometimes. Or alternatively sometimes I go on Omegle and totally flame people. If you want to kind of null the anger, deep breathing for a few seconds does help. Just think of something nice that whatever angered you has also caused. Or, stress balls do help. I've also found that tennis is good for that. Just whack the ball as hard as possible at your opponent. xP
I hurt people. Not physically, emotionally and mentally. And I have a rather large temper. I'm hard to get along with. I try not to, but it's just the way I grew up. Old habits die hard. I'm actually a lot better then I was when I was younger... More like a burnt out candle now, a raging wild fire then...
