You are all going to manage one planet. But this time you can do whatever you want with it and I will post situations every now and then. You guys will form its' government, creatures, climate and everything else. Here is an example.
Planet Name:Icyness
Planet Terain:Ice, mountains, cold, and more cold.
Species:Pengu-2 foot, pill shaped penguin-like creatures with a limited flight ability.
Yeti-Large, white, hairy elephant shaped beings with huge tusks. Is hunted by Ramotos.
Ramoto-Hairy, cavemen-like creatures but have thick fur to deal with the cold. Use bows and spears to hunt Yeti.
Icrini-Small, white and black bunny creatures that make hundreds of tunnels for one home and pop from the ground randomly looking for insects.

Lithoniks- Small creatures with a metallic exoskeleton. They use their metabolic chemicals to feed on the alloy that coats the planet's surface. They are high in protein.
Incrovus(plural Incrovi)- Large creatures with micro-sharpened claws that feed on Lithoniks.
Lithcamodiks-Chemically altered Lithoniks that have grown to immense preportions.

Monodie- An odd fish shaped like a coin. Travels in small to medium schools. Has several small dark yellow strips on a light blue body.
Monodo- Small, bullet shaped fish with bright yellow stripes across its dark blue body. Travels in medium to large groups.
Humans- Only slightly similar to us. Very short, often quite skinny or lean, not as strong or has good a stamina, except for the Haunti tribes of the Haunti archipelego.

I really don't have much to say, other than the fact that humans were introduced as "guinea pigs" long ago by an alien race that has long since fallen. The humans now barely hang on to life. Most have settled in archipelagos, mostly fishing. But some pirate groups have joined together to make the Hearty's alliance. The only major power that stands in their way is the Kagwea Federation, a group of nearly 100 islands that share the same monetary unit, economy, navy, etc. The other important group is the Haunti tribe, a new breed of human introduced by the last of the aliens. They are on average 6 foot 8, 250 pounds, and they are extremely intelligent and resillient. They are in that situation where they are kinda allied with the Kagwea Federation, but are like two awkward brothers after they've moved out and their parents die, they aren't too close with each other.

OK, I let the Haunti tribes conquer the other ones. Then I send a message to a private in the Federation and a new sailor in Haunti. I tell both of them that it is their responsibility to ally the two nations and stop the pirates, and if the Federation and Haunti do not ally, then the pirates will be unbeatable.

Have the federation send an ambassador ship to Haunti. The Sailor's Code(this planet's international law) prevents Haunti from killing an ambassadorial crew(this goes for pirates as well).

Well, I was saying that the Sailor's Code is accepted by pirate and Haunti and Federation alike.
Anyway, Federation and Haunti agree to make embassies at each others capitals. They also start a joint program called SOP's(Spies On Pirates). It is a program where they recruit men in pirate-occupied archipelagos to become spies and enroll in the pirate's forces.
They find out that the pirates are gathering their navy to attack a fairly large volcanic archipelago. This is a neutral nation, and the Federation/Haunti alliance have no choice but to occupy the archipelago and start making the islands into forts.
