the perfect weapon would be total and complete mind control that is impossible to get away from. If everyone sees things the same way you do then they wont fight with you.

I would definitely have to go with the giant mutant cockroaches. They are immune to radiation, are incredibly strong, are extremely fast, have hard keratin exoskeletons, and reproduce incredibly fast.
