Pretty much the title. I think they would because of huge they are. The small ones like velociraptors would tear rightthrough slashing and giving fatal wounds.

There are tons of great weapons, but they are useless if you don't know where your enemy is. So I'd say, as a starting point, reliable intelligence is probably the most important thing you can have.

I guess a biological weapon would be pretty devestating, but in the future i say anti-matter technology paves the way

with that, absolute zero temps is the closest thing to an anti-matter power, since it makes atoms stop moving, making the object fall apart into nothingness.

If you make the topic, the Chuck Norris jokes will come...

Good grief.

I'm still gonna go with giant mutant tardigrades.

Salt. Not only can it blind and make wounds burn, but if you make a person ingest 200g of it, they die.

Tornado/Hurricane maker. Destroys everything on land, and it can get ships too!

Well trained squad armed mostly with assault rifles supported by attack helicopters. At least that is the perfect combination for today.
The perfect weapon really was the A-bomb, powerful enough to destroy the will to fight. But, a good political mind and a brilliant speaking ability normally works best.

If I've learned anything it's that the only way to win a war is with scientists wielding tools.

If the human mind would be as perfect as all of you say it is, we would not have war. For now, it is the nuclear warhead (missile).
