Gameplay? Textures, animations, sound, and graphics? I personally think that the better flash games that are the most detailed are from those that take the most time and put forth the most effort into making the game. What I'm getting at is: if the game is pay to play, it better be high quality with "exceeds expectations" power and non-repetitive gameplay.
