Since you already have this account and you don't know the password to your old one...why is there a need to delete it? It would be 100% different if you knew it and you made a new one anyways, but since you forgot it, it's best to keep this and move on.

You should direct your question to AG directly by using the contact button on the right top corner, not make a thread about it... Then the question is received by the proper persons who can do something about it!
