What is the most evil man in the world??? I think it is Osama Bin Laden, because he killed so many thousands of people, or maybe Ahbanienajab (I know I didn't spell it right) For how many people he's going to kill.
George W. Bush is not smart enough to be evil. He didn't do those bad things because he wanted to hurt anyone; he just wanted to help certain people out. He just didn't think about the consequences. Any surprise there?

George W. Bush was able to do it. Believe me, if he were evil, he would not be stupid. And you can't be both.
It's difficult to say. I mean, most of the notorious mass murderers like Hitler, Stalin, or the Crusade leaders weren't evil in that they did not fully comprehend the evil that they were doing, thinking that it was for a good or noble cause. Therefore, I don't think that they can be truly classified as "evil". So I'm going to have to say a serial killer of some sort. Because they are doing it purely out of their sick, twisted desires and cruelty. So I think, probably Pedro Lopez.
