What is the most evil man in the world??? I think it is Osama Bin Laden, because he killed so many thousands of people, or maybe Ahbanienajab (I know I didn't spell it right) For how many people he's going to kill.

This can be argued for a very long time... It counts on what you define in the category of 'evil'.

If it's in the amount of deaths in a single action, I would define Hitler. World War II still has remaining impacts on the world.

Or a single terrorist attack that shocked the most people: 9/11. My Grandmother (From Germany, not the USA) cried when she saw it. And it was a top reason for Bush to send soldiers into the Middle East.

And possibly the most powerful position a corrupt person has ever achieved: Bush (The second of course). The opening of Guantanomo Bay (That word is hell to write), sending soldiers to Iraq, not being any help in the economic collapse etc...

So, you can say that everyone is bad, because it can't be measured. Evil is opinion, and the list could go on a very long time.

Correct Ulimited. However, I do not believe in evil or good. No such thing exists. However, I believe in Cruel and kindness.

The msot CRUEL person in existance I've heard about is probably Ghengis Khan, as he killed the msot people in the history of mankind ( he killed at least close to half a 1/3 billion people, probably more)
and for his own ego. For his empire.

However, a man that kills for pleasure.
That would be Gacy. The famous clown murderer. He was the moral example of the perfect citzen in the USA. he was obviously not insane. Yet he killed 30 innocent kids for his own pleasure. He is not the worst, but thats a example of what you call evil.

Every person who has played a video game on war. Im not saying Video games are bad, but you are killing people for pleasure, even though it is a virtual reprensentation.
And not real.

Qin Shi Huangdi He killed many more people then Mao or Stalin ever has, because Mao did it for a good purpose, to unify China, and create it to be a modern, well developed state. And he acheived that goal, as China is more economically powerful( And Probably military, but im going to get into some huge debate with some Military US patriot more so if I do say it) And so on. Qin Shi Haungdi was the same. He built the first Great wall, and caused the deaths of at least 100 million people or more.

More evil people, you can probably list, is alot of South American Dictators.

But a very good example, but with a cause in mind still, is the Columbian Paramilitaries. They wish to "cleanse" Society of every poorer class citzen, believing they are the rotting core of society, and they kill them all for bounties. They fight Geurilla's as well, and the sad thing is, the government there supports them.

The popes of the Roman Catholic Church. Mainly in the past, especialyl during the Rennasciance and beforehand, the popes, tortured, and killed people for his own enjoyment. These people were ussualyl people who survived the Inquisitions of the Church, and rejected the faith. So, they were tortured one last time enoughto kill them, for the popes pleasure. it was for enjoyment.

Every Roman citzen. They may have not killed a person personally, but they motivated the Emperors and the Arena's, to put on blood sports.
Thousands of Animals, and people, were butchered in these arena's, for the crowds entertainment.
So technically, we are all evil. It's jsut ot what extent. You must admit, once in your life, you'd wish someone off better dead in your life. If you have not, your clearly not human. it's just to the extent you take that hatred, and if you actually commit it. Hopefully none of us never go that far, but hey, you never know. I had to do it for survival, and orders.

So, really, as it has been said before, its a matter of perspective. But the evilest people in the world, is ourselves in our entireity. The entire Human race.

We aren't evil, were just Cruel.

As long as their body is above or below soil.

I think there still has one to come for a lot were cruel but none were pure evil. I think there still has one to come.

That is still their body just in ashes. And I should have said anywhere above, below and in between the soil.
