Amen brutha! I think the best riff they've ever made is the first solo in Soldiers of the Wasteland myself

Ew, dragonforce. Anybody who thinks dragonforce is good needs to learn what real music is, for real. My favorite guitar part in any song ever is the bridge of From December by Project 86. It's so simple, but it's amazingly heavy and emotional; gives me goosebumps every time I hear it.

Fade to Black has quite a few. The intro especially. I wish I could hum on a forum.

And you need to learn that they are one of the best metal bands out there. Best metal song of '08 grammy? They got that. It is YOU that needs to learn real music. Come back if you don't agree with me, and I will provide many variants of evidence that they are a kick-butt group.

Yeah basically every single Dragonforce song has a "awesome" guitar solo

The guitar solo in Whole Lotta Love by Led Zepplin.

The AWESOME guitar solo in "Like a Stone" by "Audioslave".

probably satch boogie, in the solo

Good job guys.

ummmm.... ya... have u ever looked up a dragon force lyric.... when u find a song of theres that doesnt metion fire, adventure, god, fury, or anyother lyric that doesnt make any scence what so ever, then u can tell me dragonforce deserved that grammy.

dragonforce is a wannabe yngwie malmsteen. lyrics that just build up into a solo which is just a bunch of fast scales.....

In that case, it goes to One.

That one in the middle was awesome.

Revelations, talks about Revelations in the Bible

Heroes of Our Time, talks about Exodus where Moses freed the slaves from Egypt, and the hardships they endured

I don't even know who it is, or you just misspelled it, but really. Solos which are just fast scales? A scale is a set of notes going from a low octave to the next. Scaling up or down is hitting JUST THOSE NOTES in a song. Dragonforce does not do these. I should know, I listen to many variants of their songs everyday. Do YOU base Dragonforce's reputation and musical style on one song like all the other bandwagoners? It sounds like it to me.

So, if you are even worthy of criticizing Dragonforce, you need to actually know their music. Basing them off Through the Fire and Flames is a fail attempt at such. I can tell you right now that Dragonforce is more than just fast music. Yeah, they do fast music, they are just that awesome of a band. BUT. It's not like they do just that. No, they have the skills to play sweet music as well. Like I said before, your fail rate of criticism is getting higher and higher.

Going to agree once again with Kirby that just about every Dragonforce guitar part in a song is awesome, especially Black Winter Night.

That is truly and utterly pathetic. Especially if you enjoy metal.

No, they have the skills to play sweet music as well.

Such as?
