The rumors on the web say that the next Call of Duty will be set in the Vietnam war. If this is true how do you think it will affect the gameplay and how will they setup a story line

Gameplay will be awesome. Imagine being able to hide in the bushes and get your team to cause a massive ambush!!

And their better be vietnamese zombies...

anyways Vietnam would be pretty good because like haku i love the forest/jungle matches

a mini game would be cool but i still think they should put zombies on there (you have no idea how much i play that game)

Ok so the word is out their that the new call of duty (7) will be made by treyarch probly around 2011 it will come out it is supose to be about another old war.. and its gona be called call of duty world war or call of duty headquarters. im not sure.. hope this helps...

2011? I was expecting them to have it come out later this year.

Wasn't the Vietnam war just small skirmishs at night? No full-on battles? Just curious.

Nar, not 2011, it's coming out in November 2010, that's what it says on Wikipedia.

And btw this info was told back in November 2009, how come it took us this long?

Heck if they made this game later this year ima burn my modern warfare disc. I love the jungle based games but i hope they have firefights and stuff. I loved that one map on world at war that was sort of jungle with a big bridge in the middle..but that had no jungle to hide in ._.

Vietnam War was also called VietCong War and it was a war to defend the North Vietnam intruers from raiding into South Vietnam but the north won!

Cause IW and Treyarch take turns making the CoD games? And that Modern Warfare 2 came out not too long ago?
