so last week a friend of mine said that if you played stairway to heaven backwards you would hear something about Satan or something like that im not sure.
well i was wondering is this true i searched it up on youtube but i want the full song not just a small bit of it
oh and all i remember from the lyrics where it was supposedly playing backwards was
"So here's to my Sweet Satan. The other's little path Would make me sad, Whose power is faith. He'll give those with him 666. And all the evil fools, they know he made us suffer sadly. " or something along those lines
anyways can someone play it backwards its in my top 10 favorite songs and yes i do believe in god. So anyways just wondering does stairway to heaven have subliminal messages?
Everyone done this with every music person. In many backwarded Nirvana Songs say I'm sucididal. Same thing with the Beatles. Remember these wern't supposed to sound like that cause what would be thier point. Except in Weird Als Nature Trail to Hell, where when you play it backwards, He says "Satan eats cheesewize" That he said was meant.
That website has it, I listened to some of it and you could pull words out of it but saying there is a satanic message seems to be quite a stretch to me.
If you really believe fhat those lyrics in that song actually play that clearly backwards is your own business. But I've heard songs played backwards, not stairway to heaven but others, and I can tell you they sound like this, sfhkhyfhfabpimnxvklknbzwddcuj. As for Stairway to heaven I know that it is mostly fancy backmasking.
This is exactly what back masking is. Some artists dabble in the arts of having your music being played backwards to be able to hear a hidden message. They play their music in such a way that they give a hidden message to their adoring fans, just something extra for them to look forward to when listening to their music.
i think that the words satan and 666 are right but the rest are just words that come out and are probably super hard to find out what they mean because they sound like a couple of words
The only one on that website that seemed obviously clear rd Al. But hey, it's possible that the others songs were purposefully trying to say those things!
