I got told on for having a hot-wheels during recess and got it taken up and got a detention >.<.
In the 8th grade I got sent outside for sneezing... I mean WTF?
When my parents put me in a private summer school after the 2nd grade, I had a mean teacher. She flipped out when I said "That is stupid" to one of my friends.. She dragged me out of the class room and demanded I told her where I learned that word. I told her that I learned it off of Billy and Mandy (old show.. discontinued now..) and she called my mom telling her that I should stop watching TV. When I got picked up that day, I asked my mom if I couldn't watch TV anymore. She replied "You're teacher is stupid, Getting you in trouble for the stupidest reason." I got to watch TV that night.
This is definitely going to show my age. When I was at school in New Zealand, corporal punishment was legal, and our teachers in an all-boys school were not averse to using it. I once was caned for not doing my homework (I never let that happen again), and on another occasion when there was too much noise, the teacher caned the entire class (two across the behind for everyone). It seems ludicrous in this day and age, but that was the way it was back then.
In school, In my school, we have to do a WALT: that stands for We are Learning Too, and once, my Walt stretched across the line in book workbook and then got a row.
Although that is a bit funny if it's supposed to be like a list, i'm learning to etc.., if it's supposed to be "I'm learning too!" as if they think you're stupid and doing something else in school, then I have no idea why they would have you write it.
Back when I used to play runescape (LONG time ago)Everyone was making locker signs. I made one with a sword form it on it saying, "Riley's Locker: touch and die". I got chewed out by a NICE teacher. Yea, i was stupid in elementry school. the girls got away with EVERYTHING. we got ALL the punishment.
I got my first and only detention, so far, by leaving advisory when the bell rang. It wasn't class, we were all just talking waiting to leave. And it's not like I went somewhere bad, I went to chapel. I was really angry. Almost are whole advisory, 11 people, were with me, and only 4 got a detention. Messed up.
I also once got in trouble for calling someone a Jew. Two of my other friends also got in trouble and we all got called to the office. I talked my way out of it in about 5 minutes.
Also our PE coach once got mad at us for breaking multiple ping-pong balls in one class period by playing a variation of ping-pong known as extreme ping-pong. (There are no boundaries and everything is a table)
I know right? Apparently we used it in an offensive or harmful manner. But as I said it was very easy to talk my way out of it, and I got the rest of my friends of the hook at the same time.
just today i got in trouble because "I was talking to a guy" yeah i was. it was nothing bad!!! he asked me something. a certain question. something i will get banned from AG if i say it. it wasn't bad at all. but my teacher just decided to grab my arm randomly and say "HEY you can't date guys at this school! so you get detention every tuesday and thursday for two weeks!" and that was that. i wasn't dating him. the idiot teacher was overreacting. -_-
