Apparently the Gov. of USA is thinking about making Sexting illegal, is this another step into communism or socialism? BTW if u don't know what "sexting" is Google it
So far its only illegal for minors to do it in anyway shape or form. If caught both teenagers and or preteens will be charged with distribution of child pornography. For adults its legal as long as both are both over 18..obviously

this was on tv, news, He was 17 i think and sent them later when they broke up still 17, latter her got in trouble at 18 years of age. for some reason it said till 40 but may as well be for life, this is horrible what has happened to him and others, he doesn't like children, and the girl was acting like such a victim, she sent them to him, if something happens tough sh*t, it is called consequences.
