My friend showed me the trailer for BC2 last week, and I was impressed. This will beat MW2. The first BC... I didn't like, but I have high hopes for the next one.
E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial for the Atari 2600 was better than MW 2. Infinity Ward should follow the same procedures to get rid of the game as Atari did actually . . .
Battlefield Bad Company 2 does look extremely good, but I've never played the Battlefield series, so I should probably buy its predecessors first. Does the Battlefield series have a history of continuing the same storyline or is it a different story each game?

Lol, I've actually played ET. I will never be the same.
AMES LIKE CALL OF DUTY ARE MEANT FOR CONSOLES AND CONSOLES ONLY.
Call of Duty 6 was made for consoles. Infinity Ward took a step towards the console industry because they could get more money out of the game that way. Just for your information, PC has far more shooters than consoles will ever have, and that's final.
BETWEEN A SHOOTER
Are you calling CoD 6 fast-paced? You must be fucking kidding me.
Also... have you ever played a FPS with mouse and keyboard? No joystick or joypad whatsoever could ever compare to that. Precision shooting is out of the question and there are always some awkward buttons to push for some actions.
THEY ONLY MAKE GAMES FOR PCs TO MAKE SOME EXTRA MONEY FROM STUPID KIDS WHO FORK OVER THE MONEY TO PLAY A GAME THAT BELONGS ON A CONSOLE.
Ignorance is bliss! YAY! Did you know that a controller sucks compared to a mouse when you're trying to be succinct with aiming? Obviously the sensitivity on the mouse is much more vast than say, 5 noticeable differences on a slider.
This pisses me off so much because NO ONE CAN SWITCH BETWEEN A SHOOTER AND A STRATEGY GAME ANYMORE.
They are both shooter games. Or is BF2 not a shooter game and MW2 not a strategy game? Kidding. There obviously lots of strategy involved in both games, yet... BF2 is just so much more. When you think about it, are simulated wars clumped together? No. They are spread apart by one outpost to the next. Battlefield excels in this.
God, video games have been and always will be for consoles. Stop wasting your time and money upgrading to a computer to play a game with no dedicated servers and is ripe for hacking. WHY. WOULD. YOU. DO. THAT.
PC has been, and will always be better than consoles, gameplay wise and graphics wise. They will always surpass consoles because PCs are adaptable and flexible in terms of tweaking settings. And FYI, no matter what shooter game, hacking will be a problem. As long as people are in servers, they are going to be dedicated. As far as I could tell while playing Battlefield, the servers lasted so long as one person still was playing it, and that would take days before they decided to quit. Oh, and precision shooting for the 3rd time. Mouse is always better than a stick.
Just buy a consoles and treat it like your baby and use each system for what they are meant for.
I wonder what consoles could be that PC's COULDN'T be, that is the question. Hey, if the games were just released to the PC instead of all consoles, it would be receiving higher amounts of fame. In the past, while you console guys were stuck playing the nintendo and sega genesis, I was enjoying 3-D vectors and landscapes with Daggerfall, Duke Nukem, and Doom, games that weren't going to be released until the playstation hit, and while that happened, I was enjoying games that would later be released to the xbox. See a pattern here? PC has been and will always be better. It's just fate.
And yes, I know the first COD was for PC, do you know why it is directed for consoles now?
Because of:
This is because consoles are fairly cheap compared to a computer with the same hardware resulting in the masses playing on consoles.
Fix'd.
And:
They dedicate their game to consoles because they will make more money
Fix'd again. The common masses hate PC gaming because it's not "complex". Those that know how to play a PC however say that it's more versatile than a console controller and that you can do so much more with it. More people play consoles, so they make games for consoles more.
