I recently saw on tv a man who claims he knows the best way for a human to develop, more physically then mentally in this case. He says that humans working out on a machine are exercising in a way humans weren't meant to, by doing repetitive movements and running in a strait line, he says that by throwing stones and doing cave man like activities, and eating raw meat and vegetables, he is being more healthy, do you guys think this actually works?
yeah i do,as a matter of fact,it's proven that if you eat something different everyday,(just like cavemen)whether fatty or not,you will not become fat,it has something to do with your stomach adjusting constantly
I'm not quite sure that its healthy to eat raw meats. there are a lot of harmful bacteria and stuff in there. although, the rest of what u said makes some sense.
but i also got to say that mentally is not a bad way,in an experiment,12 people, splitting into two groups of six, were asked to do different things, the first one was to think hard that they are running in a track for 5 ninutes, while the other group was asked to run the track for 5 minutes, after two monthes, both groups showed an estimated same amout of growth it their leg mkuscles, though that is kinda wierd and i do not believe in it
No, not scientificaly. Why whould doing the same motion be any different? The cave men, as you called them, were stronger by evelution, they may have even had more mucles then we have, not by throwing rocks... And even cave men cooked meat.
then explain to me why we evolved from them macho-man into us puny people, and suggest a way where we can turn back into those macho man
i mean,if you wanna be as strong as tarzan(or watever),the first thing is to act like him,so in this case,to become as strong as a cavemen, shouldnt you do what it does first?

To get stronger? Go to a compleatly disserted aria with only animals and no tools for a few generations, if you survived your poeple whould be strong because the week whould die...
And we evolved what cost us energy that we didn't use, such as if we didn't need extra muscle around our tighs do to less running we whould evolve it out so we whoulden't have to give energy into making and upkeeping it...

exactly as tom said, but just with less risk and less rewards, see?
they are strong does not neccecerily mean blessed with longevity, and please,a wild boar a day, takes your life away
all we are talking about now is how to gain their superb strength, and we thought, maybe trying to do what they do makes you like them?and yeah!!!we're thinking about it!!!
