Okay so I'm 13 years old.
I have Axe Shampoo + Conditioner.
My bro has Adidas Shampoo.
When I take a shower , my shampoo goes all everywhere in my head but then goes all around my body.
When he takes a shower, he puts it all in his head and none goes to the body. Is this why I'm hairier then my older brother by 2 years?
And by the way, my dad is hairy but my mom isn't. Got any explications on why am I more hairier ?

I don't really care if I get embarassed.

Huh?

I can confidently say, that shampoo doesn't make your body hairier. Though there are special products which claim to revitalize hair growth, (especially for the balding) it's still outrageous to believe that body hair grows longer due to shampoo running down from your head.

And by the way, my dad is hairy but my mom isn't

That's your answer. Genetics.

Hair grows off dead skin cells. Using shampoo removes any dirt and nastiness from your head but also takes away the first layer of skin cells. I'm not a hair expert, but I think if you left your head alone with no cleaning whatsoever, your hair would use all the dead skin cells to grow. However, you wouldn't want to do that, would you? that would be gross-- not cleaning your hair XD

And by the way, my dad is hairy but my mom isn't. Got any explications on why am I more hairier ?

Genetics gave you the hairy side of your family-- your dad. Your older brother probably does not have this trait.

So your hygienic habits have nothing to do with your hairiness. You can thank or blame you dad's side of the family.

You can enjoy your life now.

Has no one considered your mom shaves the hair off her body? It's not uncommon. O.o

Since we're talking hair...There's this girl that works at the local clinic. Every time we go over there, she reeks of horrible body odor. I heard later that the boss confronted her, and she told him that she does indeed take showers and puts on deodorant, but the fact that she keeps the hair on her armpits. So the boss (female) asks her why she doesn't shave it off. She replies that her husband has a hair fetish and won't let her shave it off.

Now that THAT'S out of the way, I think your question is solved, Matt

Well, he didn't tell us That's a good point by the way. I didn't consider it.

However, I think it's kinda awkward talking about your mother's body hair here.

Hair grows off dead skin cells.

your hair would use all the dead skin cells to grow

I don't think it is the skin cells they use...
Anyway, yeah, problem solved/question answered.

And females often have less hair growth than men have.
