Now, please don't expect me to give some huge speech because I won't. I just wanted to ask everyone else if they've seen a UFO, think they've seen a UFO, or just don't believe in UFOs. I've seen one before, a purple, green, orange, yellow craft that had the body of an airplane but was glowing those colors above. It slowed before me, I couldn't move, then it left, but I had about a two second gap in my memory. I asked my neighors, they described the same thing, so I'm starting to get real suspicious... So just tell me about a time you saw one or how retarded I am for believing in these strange lights in the sky.

Maybe there are aliens and maybe there are UFOs. But I doubt that they could fly to the Earth, it would be a too huge distance, I think.

That's a good point. But I really think that coincidence can't answer our questions all the time, which leaves the inevitable inquiry: What DID I see that night? And besides, they could have technology billions of years ahead of us. As far as I'm concerned, we're probably still very young.

My guese? A plane with warning lights. Your country problably has a good air defence, I can't see it because your page won't load, but most countries whould have a hundred radar sightings on it, and if it had stealth capabilities then it is a war ship, whitch whould have a noticable effect.

But you can't travel faster than light. Except you take a "shortcut in space". For example if you go through a wormhole. But I doubt that that's possible.

If there are an advanced alien civilization with the technology to travel from their home planet to here, we would be screwed, chances are it would lead to an interstellar war(or just on earth, since our travel is currently limited).

Well we whould be able to steal alian tecknology, but im assuming they will be hard to shoot down....

Its easier to win a war with advanced alien technology, then to steal it from someone while your at war with them. If they are advanced enough to come here, its possible they have found a way to use bioengineering so that all their technology can only be used by something with their DNA.

We could still reverse enginier it to creat our own, or just take out the DNA aplication on thier teck, the normal parts will still work with a little ajusting.

Thats assuming we understand their (advanced by billions(?) of years) technology.

its not necessary that aliens would be ahead of us in technology. just like na'vi lolzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Then they would not have UFO's :P.

Possibly, but to be honest we do not have detailed photographs of every planet near us (near on a astronomical scale) and thus we cannot suspect that there are no aliens near us. Additionally, you're probably comparing to earthly technologies? We can barely travel to Mars in our tin cans, but aliens may be more technologically advanced. Any advanced alien race probably could reach Earth.

But I doubt that that's possible.

Wormholes are theoretically possible, finding one is difficult.

I've seen multiple objects with strange lights, but I've never been led to believe that they indicated any alien presence. There are indications that whatever was in the air was not normal, but there are far more possibility that it's an earthly object. And anyway, even if they were aliens they haven't made any direct contact or communication yet, so I think we're pretty safe.

Did you ever read about the Phoenix Lights?

Wormholes could exist, we just don't know. For all we know faster than light travel may also be possible, remember, our understanding of all these things is limited.
It's highly unlikely what you saw was a UFO, even less an alien craft. There are many UFOs, for example at one point the stealth bomber was a UFO. UFO only means Unidentified Flying Object and those obviously exist. Remember, our government and other governments have many fun highly expensive toys they like to test and stealth aircraft are popular, especially if they work.
I doubt aliens would bother invading us, what'd be in it for them unless they like a hunt. Though don't count out our chances, gurrellia tactics are highly effective against advanced forces, look at Afghanistan.
In conclusion, you most likely didn't see an alien craft, maybe an experimental government UFO that'll be common knowledge in twenty years but not an alien craft. And if aliens where to travel that vast a distance, even with faster than light travel it's a long way, they'd probably make a bit of an enterance, not just hide themselves away. Everyone likes attention.

i think people see what they want to see, i once thought that the devil was looking at me in a shadow and then finally got the courage to go and look and it was just my stuffed animal, the imagination is a powerful tool, our technology can trace things of this nature now and if a life form a billions of years smarter than us it is likely a star " sun" exploded near them by now, can't stop that can you?

It all depends how advanced the forces are.
Trenches worked well, until the tank came along.

1)How can you explain the gap in my memory and how I couldn't move? And why did it slow before me and when I asked a busmate, he described the EXACT SAME THING?!
2)That thing stuck out like a sore thumb. Trust me, it could NOT have been a "stealth" craft.

Personal experiences are the lowest form of proof in a court of law, why? Because they are extremely unreliable. You will have sub conscientiously changed it according to what your busmate says if you think it sounds right, and visa versa.

2)That thing stuck out like a sore thumb. Trust me, it could NOT have been a "stealth" craft.

Stealth is not always like a rouge sniper camouflaged in the woods, there is such a thing as hiding in plane sight.
