My dad does he cooks in competitions alot has his own rub his made has his own lil wood business which he uses to smoke the food with lol he uses peacan and blackjack most the time i believe...he's pretty hardcore about it lol...he gets up and cooks the meat from like 3.am (starts cooking around 4.am has to get the fire right) too 3-4pm o_O
