i went to gamestop to sell battlefield bad company for halo three. they were only willing to give a cheap amount of 10 dollars... i actuallyy feel betrayed by one of my best stores and my friend was also willing to sell his psp and were only going to give him 15-20 bucks.. how cheap.

Their stuff is also more expensive than other places. I never really liked GameStop anyway.

The real reason why I only buy from Gamestop, is primarily is because it is the only place where you can buy and return.

I sold about 25 PS2 games and a PS2 a while back(when PS2 was worth more) and got like, 75 bucks. D:

Game stop always gives low amounts of money to people selling games. They were only willing to give me 25 for a working ps2

Just talking about it today, if you go to trade at gamestop it takes a $60 dollar game and turns it into a $15 dollar game.

at least they let you sell your games. before gamestop and EB games came, what you bought, you kept unless it wasn't working.

game stop is not a rip off!!!!! i traded in my modern warfare 2 in and i got 42 bucks!!!!!!

Because Modern Warfare 2 is still in demand... I still see copies for practically full price in the stores I visit.

By the way... Have any of you tried to get a game from them, a new one, and they try and sell you one with an opened box and a scratched disk, and expect full price?

If you want good games, just go to BestBuy. And if you want to sell your games, go with EBay. Don't bother with GameStop. They're nothing but rubbish. And you would have gotten $10 off 1 game? Wow. That's better than my deal. I tried to sell them 12 PS2 games of mine and I would have got $7. One of those, I found on EBay, was going for 50 bucks easy. Another for $30. That's why I never go to GameStop unless I want to get a new subscription to GameInformer. Oh yeah, they suck too now. I paid them for a 2 year subscription 3 months ago. I've gotten 1 issue and that was the crappy Micky Mouse one. So yeah, don't bother with GameStop.

Most of the game i wuz going to sell at gamestop like madden and ncaa were worth like 20 centz and i went NUTS!

Your stupid.
Gamestop allows you to sell your games, and with that card thing, you get 10% extra when you sell and 10% off when you buy.
If you buy/sell alot of games like I do, gamestop is alot better then using whatever it is you use.

As for game informers, they are usually great. but that issue did suck.
