Sup everyone, I`m trying to make a game and i dont kno what to do or what it should it be need help,support, and suggestions from all you pplz out there help me and help me fast plz -Blaz3X
A new game eh? Sounds exciting! I would personally want to see some sort of RPG-shooter based adventure game, where you level up your character, your equipment is based on firearms, and your skills fine-tune your weapons potential
But it all depends on what you are most interested in. It's nice to have suggestions, but if I was a programmer, I would want to do something that I would be interested in. An example; I like RPG's, which is why I suggested that idea for you, but if someone wanted me to make a puzzle/skill game, I wouldn't be interested in doing that, therefore that game that I made wouldn't be as great as it could have been with someone else.
So, what kind of genre interests you most? I'll give you a good idea based on that
Sorry for double-post, but I just caught that you needed help on making one too. If you would like support on how to make a game and the mechanics of it, The programming help forum is the way to go. They even have stickied threads that explain gamemaking in it's entirety! It's best to look those over if you need some help
Oh, I'm no programmer believe me... Yes, I dabble in it, but making a game is too much effort. Half of the time is not designing the game, it's figuring out where the dammed semi-colon is and positioning the brackets correctly. Very stressful job
I kno its alot of work......stressful too....... My cousin is a teen and he wants to work for sony or nintendo (A Video Game Maker) And to practice his skill on making a vidoe game he uses RPG MAKER On his PC You should try and downlaod it..........
Unless RPG maker uses actual code that's the root of all gaming, it is not real programming. Try and take a programming class if your school provides it. There, you will get a first-hand look on how difficult it is. It is not only a lot of work and stressful, it is also complicated. The English language and common logic will not help you here.
I see whatya.....mean my cousin just uses that for.... Well he just want to make good PC games Good PC games: -World of Warcraft -Plants vs. Zombies -Sims etc.......

It seems that well done it could make an intresting little flash game.
You would have to get the specific strategies right as its more then a get the rock as close to the center possible game-theres the other players the other teams. there could be a lot of room there for something intresting.
Not trying to hurt your and your cousin's dreams or anything, but just wanted to tell you that programming is indeed difficult. Mentally exhausting and physically stressful.
It'd be awesome if he could withstand that and make good games though
