Donuts; glazed, soft, chewy, sweet, awesome. That's how a lot of people view the donut. Once you take that first bite, it's soooo good. But when you get to your second donut it becomes disgusting. Why do you think this is?
Or you could just eat the donut and not worry about your health.
Eventually, you'll end up feeling fatigued due to over-indulgence.
Donuts can be used to satiate your sweet tooth but I feel pastries and chocolates are far superior to donuts in terms of taste, they even look better! I wonder why, then, would people sill consume donuts?
Zeldus, you're preaching to the choir, I second that.
I live in the home state of Krispy Kreme and you have those that like what they're used to. In other words, if they always go the same bakery for donuts, then they make the best and someone else will prefer Dunkin' over Krispy, blah, blah.
When I want a donut, I prefer it hot and fresh, please don't "nuke" my donut. Microwaves and yeast don't mix.
I'm not spamming. I simply forgot to say which is my favorite and that's not easy.
Best glazed: chocolate Best creme-filled: lemon is a close second only to apple Best frosted: chocolate with sprinkles Best old-fashioned: kruller, the Dutch spelling or, cruller
Krispy Kreme puts out a chocolate-cruller doughnut that is awesome. I also agree with Carlie that, "donuts shouldn't be considered a food." I would rather buy one doughnut than bake a cake just to satisfy my chocolate fix.
Donuts are yummy. I just eat them every so often though. That way you probably won't have to be concerned about health, and they will taste much more special. My favorite donuts are the maple frosted ones that are filled with custard, though I love them all. X3
In my country it is not usual to have donuts but I have eaten it once and I thought it was good but not so good as it seems to be. It makes a long time I don't have a donut.
i love doughnuts! I'm pretty sure it has a lot to do with me having a sweet tooth. I especially love the original glazed ones. Can't go wrong with the originals, huh?
