God... I am so sick of hearing everyone go nuts over them. The movies are crap! I mean... The effects are second rate -at best-, the actors can't play the roles any worse, and the books slaughter vampire and werewolf mythology! Its an outrage to people with common sense and dignity...
Seriously! They come out with a new movie what seems like every 3 months. GOOD movies take at least 9 months or more.

With the release of the new movie.. oh... 22 minutes ago... stores have been flooded with calls about the DVD's and Books. Its like the second one comes out, everyone goes nuts.
People spending shitloads of money on DVD's and books? All the better for our fledgling economy. Stop worrying about what other people think and do. If they really obsess that much over such an insipid franchise, its their own problem and they will pay for it.
Just sit back and have a hearty laugh about their folly.
Now, I haven't heard about them for a while before you brought it up. And both my siblings have read the books and seen the movies. Now, there are plenty of fans that are reasonable and can make fun of themselves and the book while still being fans. But I have yet to see the haters be anything but hateful.

Now, dude, be serious please. The least you could do is judge the movies and books in a subjective manner. After hearing all the hype about them, I read the books. And I didn't like them, but they're good books. Yeah, I just said that. Some people don't seem to realize the amount of time and effort it takes to write a novel. Even if you don't like the book, you should respect the author and his/her work, because it takes a shitload of diligence to write a book, and every author deserves that much. If you don't like the book, why don't you give legitimate reasons why? I'm sick of hearing about it, too. I think it's an okay series, but majorly overrated. I hate how it says how cute Edward is, in every other sentence. To sum it all up, Twilight's just not my cup of tea(no, I'm not English). And yes, I agree that it pretty much takes a piss on original vampire books(Bram Stoker is probably turning over in his grave...no, scratch that. He's doing the worm in his grave.) But it's not like the Twilight saga is doing something special. Anne Rice kicked over original vampires too, but I actually liked her books a lot. And just because it changes original things a lot, doesn't mean it can't be good. Take for example the reimagined BSG...it's amazing, but you could never make the connection between it and the original, really. That last part is an insult to everyone who likes Twilight, and it's also a matter of opinion. I hate Twilight, but give it some respect.

There is no game that you would defend no matter what, no books, nothing? I know I would be standing in front of Gamestop to pick up Soulsilver, if it wasn't for that fact that I can't. I am a huge nerd on that field, but I have other stuff to think of so I don't ramble on about it. Unless you get me started, that is.
And WoD werewolves would kick what'shisface's butt any time, though mr. sparklevamp perhaps would have the advantage of being able to go around in day light. He would only be safe for that long, though.
What worries me more is people who whine about this, just because they have decided to dislike it. There are so many ways to counter the blabbers.
