Amendment 13: 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
I say we put this amendment to better use. What better way to promote society than to use criminals to build it? Instead of rotting in jail and sucking up the funds used for each, they could be out doing something productive each and every day, with some breaks in between for rest.
