So I was reading the latest Armor Blog entry which is an interview with Iroot the web developer for AG and when answering one of the questions he made note of this:

I don't have any more info concerning this, but thought it was interesting and wanted to know what you guys thought. You can read the whole interview here:
First, people will spam even if you imposed the death penalty on it. Points are irrelevant to spam.
points cause more spam. I know that people spam everywhere. I have been on other forums too.
Second, poor discussion quality has nothing to do with points, but the idiots typing the posts.
possibly. that definitely adds to it, but I have a theory that anyone who cares about gaining points posts complete bullshit on every thread so that they can gain the most points. you know it's true. You know that people actually say that they work for their armor points right? WORK! and not just one person. a lot of people. like has this become a job for people? It's just insane.
Third, implying that 'everyone' posts for points is ludicrous. I don't, many of the people on here don't. Sure, those 12 year olds in the game comments do, but many people don't.

I think it would probably be best if you just wait for an official update concerning v3.0 before doing something like that, as its probably unnecessary as of right now since they have not been making any posts concerning solely v3.0 yet. You can do whatever you want, but I am just making note that its probably best just to wait for now.
