Don't be surprised. In the US they never had caps until a year or two ago. And they started by adding 250gb caps.

Banking? What bank's website does she use? If she doesn't trust FF, why can't you download other browsers? And can't you use other browsers for everything else, and IE for things which only work with IE?

When I downloaded FF it wouldn't work in IE.

WTH? What bank does she bank with? I probably need to look into this, to understand.

I was after Pro FF rather than Anti IE.

That's more helpful than I expected.

I forgot to mention that FF totally murdered my PC and it has been crap ever since.

I guess I won't be getting FF soon...

Google Chrome is popular for its speed and simplicity of interface. In fact it is the fastest of all browsers. Opera and Safari are the other two popular browsers. I don't really have much to say about them. And there is also Konqueror and Maxthon.

So you can try out Chrome, Opera, Safari, Maxthon and Konqueror. I've use the first four.

I've hated IE ever since MS effed up Netscape.
