@skater you mean those things that you twist with your wrists as you do push ups? i tried those yesterday and i didn't think they were that hard. i did like 20.
I can probably do as much as possible I haven't really tried but I'm actually quite light for my size 6'2'' 150 lbs so yea.
I know for water polo we had to do 10 x20 20 pushups in 50 seconds 10 second rest, then do it again, 10 times quite tough esp if you've just swam about 2 miles ish I wanna say its about 140 laps (25m pool)
If my asthma isn't acting up, I can do 40 in a row or 5 sets of 20 if I space them out by a few minutes.
I'm best with flexibility/balance exercises, though. SOmeday, I'm gonna film myself hitting myself in the head with my knee . . . I can kick my left leg up, straight, and hit my head with my knee fairly hard a few times in a row. I haven't fallen over yet!!! Youtube will never be the same . . . and neither will I.
