i just had a test it was like, "up *4 seconds* down *4 seconds* up *4 seconds* down *4 seconds*"... i did 35 with that... i can do 4 pull-ups, palms in, but when i did 2 palms out pull-ups, my left arm like, made a loud cracking noise, and i havent been able to do as many anymore... and it hurts... :/
Sometimes in karate classes we had to do a hundred push ups... I rarely made the mark, but I was usually at around 80 or so by the time limit. But I'm not in such a great shape anymore, so maybe around 50 straight.

eeeh, i dont think you did 80 non-stop push ups. not to say your lying but if your doing them proper then youd probably at most get 50. maaybe
