no thanks, I found a hentai- um I mean ecchi, uh version of that...
You mean you found a censored version? Is there more than one version?
Well they deserve it, it's a really good tactical game.
If I remember correctly, AG's $25k winning bid was the third highest offer. The developers chose it because the higher bids were somewhat restrictive. This is the blog post. This is the site where the license bidding took place. Basically developers present their games for sponsorship to some sponsors (such as AG, Newgrounds, Bubble Box) for them to bid on who will win a license to the game. An auction.
I don't remember going to GoG. But I don't think the one uploaded to GoG was ever different from NG's.
Can I get banned for de-railing a thread by talking about half-porn?
Depends on the moderator. Protect the kiddies. Oh wait, you are kiddie. Run!
I'd be quite interested in the process of getting a game sponsership.
You can sign up for a previewer program but you have to be invited by a current user, be over 18 years old (it said there you must have a parent/guardian make one for you if you are under 18) and agree to a legally binding document which makes you agree to not leak any details or content out of the games.
As for sponsorship, you can't really sponsor anything without having a studio or site and money. You could sign up as a developer and have the sponsors bid for your game.
It probably was the same love hina game, I won't go into it but iwas on a dirty website.
You probably were, anime maniac.
Dan used to have a site called Game of Gondor, which was a flash portal. Then one day back in '05 (or '06) some nasty person notified him of his copyright infringement. Thus, the site was changed to Armor Games.
One thing I am wondering, is how did Dan get the idea of building Armor Games, out of a flash portal. And how he pulled it off.
There was no community, no fourms, no profiles, nothing. In fact, A.G was so small, that I found it only by an Ad. What A.G was was the first half was a pictureof the top played games and on the bottom was an organized list of all the other games they had. There was A LOT of games. And what sucked even more is that all of the games that weren't by A.G (Except for a few) Were deleated. And there were a lot of good games that got delated
