If I am playing Sonny 2, and scroll down below the game there would be a link to 3 other games. Those 3 other games would be similar to Sonny 2, or which ever game you are playing at the moment.
So, it would essentially be,
If you liked this game...you might also like: XXXXXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXXXXX
This idea is pretty useful. It would solve a lot of problems of people asking 'What are good games?' and 'Where are the multiplayer games?'.
Then again, we have to point out the almost-every-suggestion-excuse:
We can live without it. I mean, if we had it, it would be awesome but do we really need it?
Here's previous responses.
Most of them aren't very good responses. The 0 is Carlie's which is positive to this idea:
Actually, it might not be. Each game has a series of tags attached to it. I would imagine that the system could just pull games with similar types of tags. Although I am not sure how accurate that would end up being.
(thinks of the Community search, and games search. Arckkkk...)
Other way to do this:
Each game has five related games underneath. The admins hand-pick these and they stay there. No extensive coding or databases done, just a bit of linking and writing HTML. Sound good?

I see your point about filling a need, but how many features do we already have that aren't exactly a need, and more of a luxury. For example, we don't NEED the blue buttons for bb code, you could easily just enter the code.

I do, also like Carlie's idea on this, but I do see flaws with just using keyword tags, because that doesn't always mean you'd enjoy the recommended game. So, that is where your idea comes in. We manually add X amount of recommended games. Certainly there is a way to do it faster than a manual way, yes?

Yeah, yeah, I personally agree with you ,I just wanted to bring up the universal excuse.

Uhm, I think I would spend 15 minutes at most searching for 5 games related to Sonny 2. Let me think of the top of my head:
Colony Fancy Pants Adventure Sonny 1 (Maybe not...) Monsters Den Epic War 3
Maybe not the best five, but as you can see, not much time.
Of course we can. But that's the same with almost everything. And yes it would be awesome. And again we don't need it, but we do want it.
I was giving that as a lame excuse, come on guys...
I like the idea, sorta like amazon, like other people who bought this also bought...
Nah, more like Kongregate. It's a pretty useful function there, as they have a lot of games that never every make the front page.
