i repetedly bomb the city with 100 stealth bombers and 1000 heavy artillery launching everything fire,bomb,and virus related at the city

befor i attack moklon radios me and i know to avoid his camp at the city

Defend the city by tactically placing barricades and ambushes. Use infantry to ambush the attackers, building a rocket shield, sending out spies to find out any disquised enemies, and ofcourse, Build up field headquarters!

on the outskirts of the city, i make a command center, a barracks, a makeshift hospital, surounded by 5 maching gun implacements and 3 missle turrets.

while thats happening, i send 15 humvees, half with flamethrowers, and half with machine guns, to attack the city while more troops are being trained

Place mines around the streets, and build barricades against vehicles, making this an infantry only- battle.

Then, position snipers at vital and tactical points.

When that's done, form small groups to hide in houses for ideal ambushes.

At last, ask for reinforcements from possible allies

Only you forgot the rocket shields (those missile launching apparatus that auto guide their own missles towards other missles, Never heard of those? The navy uses them!)
