Send in small raiding parties to enemy camps for food and weaponry.
I lace the water and food supply with anesthetics and I send 200,000 troops armed with dual-Uzis and M16s with a huge arsenal of explosive and viral grenades to attack the city, killing all enemies with no mercy.
