Just curious about how many people actually bowl (not recreational bowling) but like in a league, know what you're talking about, tournament entering, bowler.

So yeah that's just an idea to get a convo started hopefully... It's not something you HAVE TO FILL OUT, and you dont HAVE TO be like a dedicated bowler to want to talk about it, like if you're just interested in bowling in the future maybe someone or I can answer a question you may have!

No, I do not bowl. At all. Well, once in a while, but I'm terrible at it so it hurts my precious ego to lose so horribly, thus I don't play very often.
My last bowling average (5 months ago with 10 games) was around 140 so I'm decent I guess. The only bowling alley is in a place where guys don't go in alone, so I don't get to go very often.
its a game of technique and skill that involves no need for any athletisism.
NO NEED FOR ANY ATHLETICISM?! (btw curling is an olympic SPORT, isnt it? it's not called an olympic event...is it?)
I mean I guess you can say that it is technique and skill, but there is a kind of athleticism to it, you can be the best bowler/golfer/curler in the world, but if you aren't physically fit than you won't last very long.
I always lose in a fight against someone who says bowling is not a sport...idk how to say if it is or isnt...
BBL i have, of all things, bowling...at 6:15 till like 10...thumb is pretty messed up sadly...but i love this league haha "its the largest usbc sports shot league in the country" or something like that lol
Trablis, that is not necessary to say, since the post was intended for serious bowlers or serious questions/answer to a question or discussion about bowling, saying "i never really bowled alot. exept for this one feild trip in 2nd grade", i personally consider spam.

Was at a tournament this whole weekend bowled 4 times haha, did really bad the first 2 times then finally found the shot, but I'm curious (if any bowlers exist out there in the AG forums:
Are you bowling in any upcoming tournaments?
I personally bowl in every tournament I can, I have a tournament or two every week, along with my league which is a tournament in of itself.
