Well I like Ezio because I didn't like the first AC that much, but I loved AC2.

Ezio would win. Ezio is more like a younger version of Altair so he'd win.

Ezio easy hed poison altair and make him twitch :P

Ezio would win hands down.. he was way more experienced, and had way more weapons.. There's basically no fight.

Yea, its not really a fair fight, what with all the new weapons Ezio has. Altair wouldn't even know what's coming when Ezio points his hidden pistol at him.

I would say Ezio he has better wepons plus his accent is cool and you see all of his face.

Ezio would beat Altair without problems.
Ezio has much better fighting skills, and more weapons.

Most people here are forgetting that Ezio was trained, and is a descendant of Altair.

Without Altair there would be no Ezio.

And screw the weapons Ezio has, Altair took on near thousands of Templars, brain washed Assassins, and Al-Mualim with god-like powers.

first of all ezio would just get his gun out and shoot dead, and dont say altair has throwing knive because any assassin that can see the enemy throwing something at him would obviously be able to dodge it. ezio could easly disarm altair and use his weapons against him, he could use smoke bombs nad lead altair into a trap, he could also dive into water and trick altair so who the fuck is a better assassin now!!

i get your point about no altair no ezio but basically what your saying is barbarians could beat romans, that world war 2 guns beat modern guns. as time advances you need new tactics, and weapons to keep up

ok if both assassins were using the same equipment and weapons theni think altair would win because when we played as him in assassins creed 1 we only got to see him for a little while. He went on to be the most famous assassin of all time. Ezio is a relatively new assassin dude. With the same stuff Altair would beat Ezio because Altair is just better skill wise. Its like a pro football team against a Colege football team. Both are good but pro is better

My fave weapon out of both is only on AC2, it is the awesome hammer you get after you collect 50 feathers.

Unless some of you didn't know Altier's face is exactly the same as desmonds and Ezio would win because he has loads more weapons he has dual hidden blades a gun and poison.
