Sorry fr the double post but Ezio did beat the pope guy who had a more powerful version of what al-mualim had and plus altier had way more training because he started of as a master assasin and he got stabbed and finally In AC2 I have altiers armour from the first game the one with the white and the brown belt on ezio from Uplay.
ok some of you people have been saying ezio woulkd kill him with gun and poison but the real fact is that the gun takes to long to fire and poison doent work well in combat people also said the weapons u get as acheivments well as a fact though the weapons are cool altairs beat them hands down . altair has killed more templars the ezio has seen heck so has desmond and no ofence altair is smart enough to shave
Altair was born an assassin. Ezio joined when he was 17, but he can fight with his fists which Altair cant do. He also has 2 hidden blades, poison, and a hidden gun. So im going with Ezio.
If they both had equal equipment ... who knows... first Ezio has 2 hidden blades,poison,pistol,smoke grenades. (in my case) Altairs sword and armor,etc. etc. etc. Probably Altair though because , while Ezio is young altair is well trained

you guys are idiots, you keep saying ezio has more skill??? really??! altair was trained from BIRTH ezio was trained from like 17! and your also saying ezio has more weapons? i mean if you pay attention to the story of ac2 you'll realize that altair INVENTED all the weapons ezio gets in AC2 so its no that hard to figure out that altair would slaughter ezio

I personally think it would be a tie. But you have to look at it like this. Assassins don't kill each other. Al-Mulim stabbed Altair, but he was the leader of the order at the time, and Altair broke the rules.
Altair Designed all of the weapons (except those made by Leonardo Davinci) that Ezio De Firenze uses. Altair also had more experience over all. He was raised in the order sense his parents died when he was very young. He was 6-15 when he made his first kill. He was 19-30 when he was designated master assassin. Altair also died way before Ezio was born.
But the main point is it wouldn't be an Assassins War. Like I said; Assassins don't kill each other.
