I just ate a hole bag of sunflower seeds then put in a piece of gum while playing AG so whats your opinion SUNFLOWER SEEDS or GUM and if its gum what brand and flavor


Its gum for me and sunflower seeds are good too but they make your mouth raw, only if you eat the hole bag.

5 Gum is the best. But I still like sunflower seeds better.

i like stride the flavor lasts along time and there are many different flavors but 5 react fruit is da bomb

I'm going to have to say gum on this one, sunflower seeds are good but I find gum to be better. And my favorite is 5 Gum, in a general sense I don't really have a favorite flavor.

Yeah Stride does last a while (like 20 minutes or so). Nah, 5 React Mint is better.

I love gum. It has more flavor, it's sweeter, and it doesnt get stuck in your teeth.

Im going for sunflower seeds. They can;t make you fat unless you eat like 39250250235 of them. Haha. And gum is great, but it makes my teeth hurt

I'd rather have gum because it has a bit more flavor like 5 or Stride.
