I just ate a hole bag of sunflower seeds then put in a piece of gum while playing AG so whats your opinion SUNFLOWER SEEDS or GUM and if its gum what brand and flavor
Its gum for me and sunflower seeds are good too but they make your mouth raw, only if you eat the hole bag.
Sometimes. When I have sunflower seeds that have shells I open the shell, dispose of the shell, put the meat, seed, whatever you want to call it in my hand and gather a bunch. Then put it all in my mouth.
the problem is it makes a mess with the shells.. Lol

I know that, but the texture feels weird, and if you don't chew it it could poke something in your mouth or throat. Owie.
OK I'm going to say sunflower seeds are better because, well, they are. They are cheaper, last longer and can be shared with friends. Plus, thhey distract both hands and mouth. I have a friend who quit smoking that way.

That's what I call a great lack of information. You can plant RAW sunflower seeds, but the ones you eat have been baked, so you can't grow anything out of them. And BTW, what would be the the point in planting them? Getting more non- eatable seeds? - Just nonsense.

They are cheaper
They're not necessarily cheaper. Depends what you mean. A bag a sunflower seeds that can last for 2 hours vs. a pack of gum that can last an hour. But yes I see what you mean.
