I switched to armorgames.com from kongregate.com thinking that they would be similar. They are but the fact the kongregate gives 'badges' adds a whole new challenge to the game. They don't give out 'badges' for every game but they do for most. I would really enjoy if armorgames at least gave out more armor points for games that already have sort of 'built in' achievments. I'm not looking to get tons of armor points per 'badge' mabye two or three but it would be nice to have more of a challenge added to the games we already love to play. Tell me what you think!
What about badges that do not contribute to your AP, but are only for show? (and add some extra features so that AP is still more importand than badges)
So what so people can brag, hey I'm not in the top 10 but I have badges that you don't.
I'm on armor games since 2008, so I am a kind of veteran, and i have 4000 points, just from comments and rating, and i think that forum should be AP free - because the 30 sec waiting before commenting again. Perhaps I am wrong, maybe i'm right, all I know is that this is the best games site, and i'm planing on sticking here for a long time. Viva la revolucion !
Looks like this thread is a *bit* old, since I don't see AG3 speak in any of the replies.
Beta has a very ominous, suspicious, and inconspicuous link/button/text-that-hasn't-been-activated-yet which spells out the word "Achievements" in the user's profile. I checked--it's on the dashboard and in your status. That still doesn't mean that achievements will be totally added. The very feature is TBD. Right now, it is just linkless text.
