Personally I think Black Ops is gonna be sweet, but then agian I will eat up anything that says Call of Duty on the box. It is my favorite series of all time because I really like fps games. But I want to know what other people think of this game, are you excited or annoyed? Do you like Treyarch or are they just getting money by trailing Infinity Ward's smash-hits? How do you feel about anything relating to Call of Duty? I just ask you don't start complaining about noob-tubes and other very specific things in the games, that ruins every good discussion. Thanks!
It's made by Treyarch. That means I automatically dislike it. And since IW went to pieces, I don't think I'll ever be buying a Call Of Duty game, ever again.
Apparently someone hasn't played CoD 5 waw Infinity ward is all about the money, why do you think they broke up? Treyarc on the other hand, all about the gamers! They put in a game mode in cod 5 because gamers asked for it; Nazi Zombies. IW: Spec ops? Really IW? First of all, its boring and is almost 0 fun, only play it with friends, you cant find people online and get that great Bonding feeling with other people like you do in Nazi Zombies, its just horrible! I think the only reason people would play spec ops is for achievements. Honestly, I hear my friends asking for people to help them or some dumb crap, never for fun. Treyarc makes the greatest guns that ACTUALLY TAKE SKILL TO USE! Like the rifles and no scoped (for those who havnt played cod waw the snipers have literally no scope and iron sights until you earn the sniper scope)snipers, they actually take skill! And they had 5 semi-auto primary weapons, IW, 2!, One being a sniper! And the other, one that you cant even shoot fast which is extremely stupid. And the guns are all super strong, which makes the game easier for noobs and campers, even when they DONT have on stopping power or any other offensive perk, but on cod waw, everyone complains and bit**es on how weak the guns are, I tell them, "What? You want fully automatic guns tht kill you in 2 shots and they just sit there?" of course they shut the hell up. Campaigns- Of course you know who my vote is going to, sure the cod4 and cod mw2 campign were really good, but I didnt actually feel how it wouldve felt to be in the campign like i did in cod 5. They both have real good story lines and good campign gameplay.
In the end i must say i must state.. in the title you put fell not feel. I really like the Treyarch developers, they make extremely good DLC, maps and whatnot.. And they have been stepping the campaign up every time they make a new CoD, so I think Black Ops is going to be the best game ever, not statistically because little 12 year olds are gonna have no idea what the hell theyre talking about in the campaign and they just play the game not have fun with it, but with the amount of fun individually people will have with the game
I'm on capped bandwidth, so I'd rather not watch Youtube videos. Besides, my mum has to use the internet for business stuff for the next month so she wouldn't be too pleased if it expired so soon. I'll watch it at the weekend.

It's either host migration or you get kicked from the game. The majority of times I would've preferred to retain my score and continue playing in the game I was in. I think you would too. :|
Cod only gets boring if your a loser playing alone in a non-objective game type.
No actually, it gets boring because the majority of its community members are bloody useless and you have to put up with so much crap it's unfunny.
anyways. treyarch are no pioneers they change the gameplay minimaly and don't take much chances and add much (unlike infinity ward who added almost 3x the stuff waw or cod4 had.
If you were actually a COD fan and played the first three you would have realised they took many original multiplayer models, altered them a bit, changed some weapons, stats and numbers, ported matchmaking to PC (which is not a good thing) - half the stuff is really not new nor is it genius.

Well I like treyarch more than IW because they listen to the players and have great ideas and I really don't know why people didn't talk so much about CoD5 or like it very much because its my fav CoD game and the only thing I hate about it its the mp40 and Black Ops looks really good and from all the rumors it sounds very interesting + they added gore because many fans requested.

True! Treyarch listens to their players a whole lot and you see many GAMERS' requests in the game, like a mini-game and some campaign fun for those who don't have xbox live.

I think the only reason people didn't like CoD5 is because, well, it was timelined in WW2, and people don't even know what went on then really. Not only that, but, people see our era as the top notched gun era and like the guns that are used now, not back then. And since we live in the modern time (obvious) people are of course going to like it way more than some game about stuff that happened 50-60 years ago.

That is probably the worlds most hated gun i know it is by me lol. I love when people spray with it, because, whenever I kill them i just shoot their body for like an hour long lol. The Tompson was not that fun to be around either

True, i was once in a chopper gunner on the map, Afghan, and i was on a 20 or so kill streak and then, "Wait what? Host migration? Hmmm.. i wasn't lagging that bad, oh well." My screen went black and i was in the lobby, i got so freaking pissed off at MW2 haha.. Thats one of the hundred reasons i quit mw2 and sold it
I used to like IW better since they made COD, COD2 and COD4, all of which were excellent games. However, Treyarch made COD:WAW and that was also an excellent game (liked COD4 just a bit better though). Nice thing about Treyarch is that they listen to the gamers and patch balance instead of just releasing new DLC (which costs money). IW on the other hand ruined my trust with MW2 by taking out dedicated servers, not patching balance, not implementing a better anti-hacking system, etc.
I'm looking forward to black ops since at the very least they havn't announced that they will not be using dedicated servers yet, so there may well be hope for PC gamers.

They messed it up because he believes they messed it up, like I do. It's all a matter of opinion and preference. You obviously have yours, everyone else has theirs, and that's going to be how it is for the rest of time. He can state his opinions, like I have, as he wishes, and can believe that that is enough justification to prove to you how he BELIEVES they messed it up. You, will more than likely retaliate and respond, again, with your BELIEFS. You will continue to bicker until one of you does not respond and etc etc, done deal. Nothing proven, nothing dis-proven.
But calling someone a noob because they have different preference for games than you do, does not justify that you're actually correct.
I think I am looking forward to Black Ops. Treyarch and IW both have a lot to offer, and Treyarch needs to step up to the plate after MW2(OMGLAWLWINLOL) - nah MW2 sucks lol
