Which video-game franchise has been most successful since the rise of videogames? Final Fantasy, Madden, Call Duty, or whatever other series there are.
The big minus at PC games it's that they get pirated really fast, that's why console games numbers are much higher.
What? Did you even read my post? Sims sold 16 million. Xbox360 is yet to break 10 million, and PS2 has GTA: SA with 17 million.
In fact, PS3 and Xbox360 havn't had anything near 10 million sold yet.
Wii series is of course, clearly winning. Even if we don't count wii sports which comes free with every wii, wii play, wii play, wii fit, wii sports resort, and wii fit plus combine to over 78 million copies sold. Nothing else even comes close.
