Post your playable Crush the Castle 2 maps. There are other threads for talking about CtC2. If it's not good for shooting at or interesting to look at don't put it here: NO castles that fall apart by themselves, NO random junk piles.

Just played them now. Your Cathedral and Gothic castles were beautiful.
Hit the Top was also pretty tight.

Ok if someone can make these hold together I'll be impressed.

@SSTG one of your castles was selected for the players pack. We sent you an e-mail but never got a response to send your prize?

I responded to the one I received on
Thursday, March 24 and got my Mug, ball and stickers. I don't see any other message prior to this one.

@sstg - respond to the moderator - not this thread. BTW, on your archway test put something to surround it. It should work but make the pieces longer and as well, you have pieces intertwined which means they blow out when you hit the settle button.

I once made a complete circle castle with people inside and it is somewhere early on this thread (or CTCPP) except I used horizontal pieces! It took me days to make it work! I calculated all the positions with a bit of trigonometry knowing the field of play. The elements want to slip out of those positions so, you have to hold them in place with other elements to &quotin" the archway components.

If you go to the CTCPP game, you will see that it is one of the AG picks for best castle. It can be brought down with a single small stone if you hit it right.

Congrats for getting the mug! I got $100US for mine but have no idea which one! Probably Electric Ladyland!

SSTG I've had a go at your arch. So far I have this:

I was hoping that the arch would look good timestables.
I could make it stand using some beams but it looked awful.
There's a name for that particular stone at the top of the arch that hold everything together. I can't remember what it's called.
I think we should suggest that to Joey Betz for version 3.

I'm going to do a search on it.

I responded to the moderator CJ. I hope it can be resolved, maybe I also won $100 or a T-Shirt which would be nice.

Hey SSTG, I've also been interested in building round structures so I tried your arch challenge. Looks like timestables beat me to it though! This is the same idea as his: small pieces to brace the weight.

I built the first half first like this:
