I think it is possible if you can get enough detonator bombs far enough down the chute, but I didn't have the patience to do that. Next time, make sure you beat your level before submitting it to the People's Empire. Otherwise it just ruins the fun for everybody.
I got 9/11 of the people with detonator bombs. I guess that makes me a terrorist?
