The SAHARA OUTPOST King SSTGio had a checkpoint built on the Caravan Road connecting Timbuktu to Algiers in order to tax the merchants. Theo and Fish were sent there by CJ on behalf of the king. Of course, CJ had some ulterior motives (getting rid of them at the Court so he could manipulate his way to the princess bedroom). :O
