Man, Aqualung is a classic. A staple of classic rock radio. I thought everyone has heard of it. Anyway, I heard Sweet Child O mine on the radio twice today, and, as of the moment, it is THE BeEST guitar solo EVAR.

A lot of the best have already been said, like Stairway to Heaven, comfortably Numb, Fade to Black. There's a live version of Gravity by John Mayer that he performs with Keith Urban, and Mayer is really an amazing guitar player. If I can find the vid online, I'll post it, because it's really great.
I really appreciate the solo in Feathers by Coheed and Cambria its short but it puts a sudden darker feeling to the song.
But my favorite solo to play is the solo in Welcome Home by Coheed and Cambria (I play Travis Stever's part and my cousin/bandmate plays Claudio's Part)
